Flower Faeries
What you'll need:

Pipe Cleaners the color of your choice
Fake Flowers (I bought mine at Walmart but you can also find some at the Dollar Tree store)
Round Wooden Beads (I used the 1 inch size)
Tube Wooden Beads (You can find both size beads at Michaels)
Small beads for slippers (Make sure the hole is big enough to fit over the pipe cleaner but not so big that it will fall off)
Paint or markers
Pliers with a flat side
Ribbon for hanging

Decorate the 1 inch round bead either by painting on a face or drawing one with markers.

Paint or color the tube bead.  I painted mine pink, then sprayed it with clear paint and sprinkled glitter over it.  I also sprayed the faces with clear coat.

Dismantle the petals from the fake flower.  You can save the leaves to use as wings if you wish.  Just glue on the back of the body.

Set aside.
With your pipe cleaner, make a loop.  I wrapped mine around my forefinger.
Wrap the end of the pipe cleaner around the stem.  Use the flat side of your pliers to push the end of the wire flush with the pipe cleaner.  You don't want little wire ends sticking you.
Slide the head bead and then the tube bead on to the pipe cleaner.
Next, slide the flower petals on to the pipe cleaner.
Flip the Faerie upside down and twist the end of the pipe cleaner flush with the bottom of the flower petals.  Make sure you do tightly twist the end of the wire against the tube bead otherwise your Faerie will slip down the pipe cleaner when you flip her back over.  Use the flat side of your pliers to flatten down the end of the wire as you did with the beginning loop.
You should now have a loop which looks like this.
With your pliers or a scissor, cut the loop in half.  These are the Faerie's legs.
Take a small bead and push it up the bottom of each side of the pipe cleaner.  The beads are the Faerie's slippers.  If your beads are a bit too big, you can always glue them on.

Tie a ribbon on the top loop & you're done!
